I have never seen anyone work quite so hard. The real estate agent that marketed my Dad's house in Texas...came to look at my Dad's house for maybe 20 minutes. Then came over with the paperwork to sign...took another 5-10 minutes...then the house sold the next day. Then she came to closing..and that took another 10 minutes. I am not saying that she didn't do a good job...we sold the house. But your effort was tremendous.

I have no idea how many hours you must have spent getting me into this house. I could have never gotten through the process without you. You certainly deserve the check you get and more. And if I ever buy any more real estate in the Joseph area....you will get another check.
