Photography, a GOOD picture is Worth a Thousand Words
Good photography sells! Recently a survey by Realtor.com revealed that photography was the top item of importance to buyers. Generally speaking, the photography I provide is superior to that of my competition.
I always take advantage of the weather and natural lighting to get the best shots. I actively participate in arranging the shoot to best show a properties virtues. Where advantageous, I provide video too. I use semi-pro equipment to produce the media and the company employs professionals that make the most of it, whether for the web or print.

I was first to bring VR Tours to the county and was the first with video also; in fact I started in 2007, even before the major companies were using them.
Everyone knows that Video connects you in a far greater way then photography alone and its impact and effectiveness has been surprising. A recent study confirmed that people are twice as likely to purchase if they could view a product video. While the study concerned smaller items, video has been very effective at motivating buyers while screening them to the really interested parties at the same time. It's a real time saver for buyers and sellers alike. They are quite difficult and expensive to produce and I usually reserve them to properties that need the extra exposure.
